Position: Sales Representative

Sales Representatives are often face to face, meeting with potential buyers, generating leads, and building relationships. They may also manage incoming or outgoing calls. They can connect with people quickly and Sales Representatives, are counted on to get to the source and close the deal — which brings in company revenues and cash flow. 



This is a role that requires outgoing, personable individuals to be able to achieve – and exceed – given sales targets and KPIs. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls and discuss features of the business’s products or services 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the continued success of the company 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation to closing 
  • Update and maintain the CRM for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy 
  • Follow up a mix of warm leads and identify, source, and generate your own new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with like-minded team members and contribute to the positive team environment 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in sales representative role 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills 
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
