Three Ways to Work with WOW

We understand our clients have wide-ranging recruitment needs, from building entire teams from scratch to more filling individual vacancies.

That’s why we offer three different engagement models, so you can choose the way of working with us that suits you best.

Retained assignments

These are where the permanent selection fee is split in three parts, the first third of the fee being charged when the assignment is accepted and the recruitment brief obtained. The second third is charged on presentation of shortlisted candidates and the final third payable on successful placement.

Exclusive assignments

These are where an agreement is in place between you and WOW whereby WOW is the only agency working on the open position. The permanent selection fee is charged on successful placement.

Non-exclusive assignments

These are where there may be other parties working on the open position alongside WOW. The permanent selection fee is charged on successful placement.
