Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound Sales Representatives are chatty, outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Set appointments or close deals with clients.
  • Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
  • Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
  • Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
  • Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
  • Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
  • Utilise, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
  • Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
