Position: National Contact Centre Manager

Contact Centre Managers work in a fast-paced area of business and are expected to ensure the operations of the contact centre are delivered. This is a role that is ever-changing and highly challenging. 

 

Contact Centre Managers will ensure professional customer service, deal with disciplinary issues and escalated enquiries and implement the right strategies. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of customer service or call centre agents. 
  • Overseeing the performance of customer service and sales team members. 
  • Running team meetings. 
  • Implementing process improvements. 
  • Responding to and resolving all escalated queries. 

 

Skills & Qualifications:  

  • 5 Years of experience in a Contact Centre Manager Role, ideally. 
  • Have an in depth understanding of Contact Centre Operations & Systems. 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
