WOW Recruitment are seeking a friendly and professional service receptionist for an immediate start for our client, a leading provider of Construction Equiment Rentals, for immediate start at their Branch in Portsmith, QLD.

You will you be doing?
- Managing incoming customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and professionaly, build strong client relationships, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Process timesheets, job cards, invoices, and debtors collection in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including risk assessments, customer charges, quotes, supplier invoices, bookings, and archiving.
- Assist with scheduling servicing, booking jobs, processing purchase orders, and supporting sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, report WH&S violations, and provide daily updates to management.
- Maintain organised records, keep internal systems updated in real-time, and effectively manage branch communications.
What do you bring?
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- 2+ years of experience in an administration or service-co-ordinator role.
- Previous experience in a similar industry; heavy equipment, car hire, construction etc.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential, and familiarity with CRM systems or HR platforms is a bonus.
