- Providing admin, data entry and customer service – order entry, freight tracking, returns, ensuring customers are kept up to date
- Supporting sales teams – supporting customer onboarding and relationships
- Assisting with distributor outreach and social media tasks
- Covering sales calls when needed
- Working with AI-powered systems to streamline order processing
- Contributing to a collaborative team in a family-run business
- Knowledge of the hairdressing or beauty industry a bonus
