WOW Recruitment are proud to be an exclusive recruitment partner for the largest carrier joint venture HVAC distribution company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible in managing and preparing quotes for tenders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Main duties/Responsibilities:
- Tender Quoting: Prepare and manage quotes for tenders, ensuring all requirements are met and submissions are completed on time.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide product pricing, availability, and selection support.
- Order Processing: Review and verify customer orders to ensure they align with design parameters before processing.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, maintain the quote register, and manage incoming sales calls and inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including quotes, orders, and correspondence.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on quotes and tenders, providing additional information as needed and addressing customer inquiries.
- Technical Support: Provide application support and technical feedback on products to internal and external customers, including designers and engineers.
Skills & Experience
- You have at least 2 years of experience working in a phone-based background with sales and technical support.
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer presentation skills
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, design, and applications
- Medium to high-level computer skills, including engineering-based software applications.
