About the role:
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries on the phone, along with email inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer service performance targets and standards
- Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective call handling
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Phone based experience preferred but not essential
- Confident and well-mannered
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technically minded to be able to provide in depth assistance
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Strong team player
