WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle inbound/outbound queries and direct accordingly
- Explain financial products and services, ensuring customers understand the options and benefits
- Meet team KPIs, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Direct and assist customers with superannuation-related information.
- Update customer records in the database with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor members feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 year’s Call centre experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Preferably with experience in the Financial Services (investments, superannuation, home loans) industry, aged care, or legal.
