WOW Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support the Sales and Marketing function within a renowned Tier 1 Construction business.

About you
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to efficiently track and manage a high volume of clients
- Proficient in CRM software or Excel for client tracking
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Financial literacy and an understanding of property transactions preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to mitigate risk
You will be:
- Overseeing the customer journey from land purchase to settlement, ensuring a seamless experience
- Managing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential settlement risks
- Communicating effectively with the Sales & Marketing Manager regarding client updates and potential concerns
- Supported by an administrative assstant
- Handling a portfolio of approximately 800 clients
- Ensuring smooth processing for buyers once land is secured
- Working full-time on-site (no work-from-home flexibility).
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a client relationship or high-level customer service role
- Experience in property, real estate, or construction preferred
- A financial background is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of clients and transactions simultaneously
- Local knowledge of the area is beneficial
