WOW Recruitment  is currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join a growing team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Salary: $80 - 100k Base + Super + OTE $160k

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for event and conference sales?
 
We’re looking for a motivated individual to drive new business, build strong relationships, and deliver unforgettable experiences. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, engage with business partners, and present tailored solutions that foster repeat business. You will be responsible for increasing event bookings, boosting revenue, and ensuring seamless event execution and marketing.
 
The role:
 
  • Design and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee flawless event execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Coordinate with the venue team to facilitate smooth and successful event operations.
 
What you'll bring:
 
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the events, hospitality, or conference industry.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • A strong passion for fostering relationships and consistently surpassing client expectations.
  • A results-oriented, data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible success.
