Temporary Recruitment

Confirm the rate (including Award Rate for new roles)
Advertise role and reach out to our database
Conduct interviews and present shortlisted candidates
Collect compliance documents and references from candidates
If required, skills tests or background checks – e.g. Excel testing, police check and WWCC
Confirm selected candidate(s) and offer them the role – confirming their start date and
time
Onboard the candidate(s) to WOW’s payroll
Confirm a primary and secondary timesheet approver within your business
Send the candidate their contract for signing, along with any internal compliance
documents that need to be filled in.
Check in with the candidate on the first day and the end of the first week
Temps complete their timesheets on a weekly basis – they require your approval each
week before we run temp payroll and you are sent a sales invoice weekly.

    Once you have uploaded your CV, it will be reviewed by our WOW team. Based on your experience, preferred industry and work type, you’ll be matched with a WOW Consultant who will be in touch to get to know you better.

    Yes, you can use both PDF and Word to upload your CV.

  • What does CV stand for?

    A CV or curriculum vitae (also known as a resume) is the document used when applying for jobs. It summarises your education, skills and experience allowing you to showcase your abilities to potential employers.

  • Can I upload my CV from my phone?

    Yes, our website is fully mobile friendly.

  • What should I include in my CV?

    The two most common CV formats are:

    • Classic chronological CV outlines your work history, listing your most recent job and working backwards

    • Skills-based CV – outlines your relevant skills in a logical order

    Ensure your CV includes information about your experience, education, skills and achievements.
