Position: Chief Marketing Officer

A CRM Manager is a business professional that works to create various systems that enhance business and customer relationships. The main duty of a CRM Manager is to look for ways to understand customers. For a customer-facing business, this is one of the most important functions and so this position requires a wide range of skills in sales, marketing and people management. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analysing customer data.
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
  • Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives. 
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns. 
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers. 
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Must be highly skilled in working with clients end to end, delivering outcomes in a timely manner.
