Position: Content Manager

Content Managers are tasked with building a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end accountability of content and communications from ideation to execution
  • Create and develop content plan across digital and traditional platforms
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the creation of content (Video, photographs, vlogs)
  • Product content for promotion through media publications, media buys and associations
  • Provide design direction for content reflecting Brand guidelines and brand identity
  • Constant copy writing with consideration for optimising content for SEO 
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ marketing communications experience 
  • Background in developing omni-channel content strategies
  • Strong copywriting capabilities across various platforms/mediums 
  • Product-based content & communications experience in the technical product space 
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or other design tools (Nice to have)
