Position: Chief Executive Officer

Primary purpose of the position:

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and success of the company. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and executive team to set and execute the company's strategic goals, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy.


Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance executive team.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Financial Management:

  • Ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to meet financial targets.


Operational Excellence:

  • Streamline and optimise company operations to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and processes to drive operations.


Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.


Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers & partners.


Risk Management:

  • Assess and mitigate risks that could impact the company's success.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.


Innovation:

  • Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the company.
  • Foster the development of new products, services, and technologies.


Corporate Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical behaviour.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial success and growth.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the [industry] sector and market trends.
