It’s time to do what you love
Your career allies
Working with a sales and BD recruiter (who also specialise in marketing, business services, tech, retail, contact centre and customer support!) could be the best decision you make all year. It goes without saying that your next move needs to be the right one. It’s an exciting time. But it can also be a bit daunting. You want to be heard and you want to know that your recruiters have your best interests at heart. And you want to work with people skilled enough to connect you with roles that suit and will take you where you need to go. We can get you there.
At WOW we view our relationship with our candidates a little differently to most recruiters – the way we see it, we’re in this together. We listen, we empathise and we advise. And why? Because finding people like you is the reason our clients love us.
Why it works
Recruitment is not a game of chance. When you ask the right questions, listen well and do your homework you don’t need luck. As a specialist sales and BD recruiter (among other things!), we have the right intel to accurately marry up candidates and their perfect roles. We want to be certain there is clear cultural alignment and a shared vision between candidate and employer. A sharper brief also narrows the field so we can put forward less CVs. Unlike other recruiters we believe that less is more; more homework = fewer candidates = less guesswork = recruitment happy.
Under-pinning all of this is WOW’s 5-step Recruitment Happiness process that’s been developed to logically match clients and candidates as we move through it. Less guesswork – again.
5 steps to recruitment happiness
Having worked with many different recruitment agencies over the years I have been blown away by Emily’s attention to detail and service. She asked questions, took the time to understand our business and confirm her understanding of what was important to us from a culture perspective.
As soon as I met and spoke to Emily at Wow Recruitment I knew that she genuinely wanted to find a role that suited me as well as a candidate. If you’re looking for the perfect role for you, a recruiter that is supportive (and brings you chocolates) then look no further.
After six weeks with another recruiter, I didn’t even have a candidate to interview for a critical role. I briefed Emily right before I went overseas. As promised, I came home to a number of qualified candidates already booked for interview. I hired the first one I interviewed!
Recently I hired my first-ever employee. I knew the type of person I wanted but I couldn’t seem to find them (nothing good came through on Seek). I gave the brief to Matt and Emily at Wow Recruitment. They NAILED IT with a candidate I pretty much hired during the interview.
I could feel WOW had my best interests at heart. They weren’t just trying to fill their numbers.
