Position: People and Culture Manager

A People & Culture Manager develops maintains and implements systems related to People & Culture throughout a business. They are at a high level in a company and they offer operational support and advice to those they work with. 

 

With exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, People & Culture Managers lead the organisational development agenda during periods of change. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, construct and implement Strategy to align Humans Resource policies, practices and programs. 
  • Develop, maintain and implement People and Culture systems, processes, policies and infrastructure that deliver the strategic objectives. 
  • High-level operational, support and advice. 
  • People and Culture function and include leading effective strategic people management and problem-solving. 
  • Developing and implementing best practices across the whole employee lifecycle including all employer obligations (legal and ethical) and a consistently positive employment experience. 
  • Provide People and Culture strategic and operational leadership. 
  • Ensure People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to attract, retain and build the capabilities of staff. 
  • Lead the People and Culture and organisational development agenda during a period of change. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. 
  • A comprehensive understanding of Human Resource systems and process.
