Position: Office Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Greeting company visitors
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  • Supervising personnel
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
  • Managing office expenditure and budgets
  • Testing technical systems (company dependent)
  • Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities (company dependent)
