Position: Marketing Coordinator

The goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to develop and execute the delivery of digital marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, a Marketing Coordinator stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategise and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans.

 

Day to day, Marketing Coordinators draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with sales teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies by identifying opportunities for growth and incorporating the latest trends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum marketing process from planning, execution, optimisation and reporting
  • Develop multi-channel communication plans across marketing channels including Paid, Re-targeting, SEO, SEM
  • Regularly analyse and optimise search engine marketing activity to update relevant Google AdWords
  • Review SEO opportunities to ensure campaigns are aligned with objectives
  • Develop marketing campaigns promoting company messaging in line with overall strategy
  • Ensure 100% commitment to brand integrity and brand guidelines
  • Develop content, schedule and execute EDM’s
  • Monthly reporting on content performance, broken out globally and by persona
  • Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data
  • Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
