Position: HR Administrator 

HR Administrators support the team in a Human Resources department, acting as the first point of contact for any queries related to HR from employees and company leaders. The ideal HR Administrator has experience with juggling HR admin tasks and has experience with departmental procedures. 

 

An HR Administrator should be able to ensure that they support employees while working with local labour laws. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Observing labour laws and employment legislation across the entire company. 
  • Analysing and interpreting data to create reports.
  • Managing recruitment, selection and promotion processes.
  • Preparing job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment. 
  • Managing payroll and pensions.
  • Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes and dealing with issues like bullying and harassment.
  • Preparing, planning and assigning work.
  • Analysing staffing needs to determine training and development requirements.
  • Tracking and managing employee absence records.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Studying for a Business Degree (Human Resources) or holding a relevant certificate.
