Position: Customer Relationship Ambassadors

Customer Relationship Ambassadors work to anticipate and respond to the needs of the customers of a business. While providing excellent customer service, Customer Relationship Ambassadors raise brand awareness and educate customers on products and services, too. They will also work with measuring the responses from customers to ensure that the campaigns being run are adjusted as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and contribute to social media accounts for our clients
  • Advise clients on content marketing campaigns and product positioning logistics
  • Develop social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback
  • Create and implement product marketing campaigns for clients
  • Measure the conversion rates and other metrics for ongoing campaigns and adjust as necessary
  • Create content for our website and blog to attract new clients and establish us as experts in social media marketing for products

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent
