Having run her own children’s party company for nine years, Louise knows a thing or two about organisation and staying level-headed! Now with more than three years of recruitment experience behind her, Louise has channelled this rather unusual path into recruitment to develop her own unique, solutions-focused style. She’s different from other recruiters and she ain’t afraid to say it!

Working with Louise means working with someone who is empathetic and enjoys building a deep understanding of what people need. Whether that’s helping a client to contextualise what they really need from a new hire or guiding a candidate in finding the right connection with a business they believe in.

When not delivering the goods for those exceedingly well-tended clients and candidates, you’ll likely find Louise championing sustainability and conscientious recycling in her building or exploring her passions. Favourite pastimes include (inhales deeply)…Roller-skating, Bikram Yoga, dancing (she says she’s not that great, we don’t believe her!), randomly forward rolling when least expected, (slow) cooking, repeats of her favourite Aussie TV series – Offspring, ordering from Uber Eats and being a member of climate change group ‘Common Ground on Climate’.
