Contribute to the success of this innovative Technology start-up, connecting Small-to-Medium sized businesses with customers via a two-sided online marketplace.
About the Role
Opportunity for a driven, proactive Account Manager to maintain and grow an established customer portfolio. This role will involve strong organisational and communication skills to exceed activity-based KPIs & ensure customer retention.
- Perform customer calls and effectively manage your sales pipeline
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and maximise up-selling opportunities
- Achieve high-volume targets and contribute to the success of the business
- Strong attention to detail when updating the internal database
- Confident, personable communication to foster long-lasting relationships
- 1-2 years account management experience
- Passionate about sales and resilient in your approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- A successful multi-tasker, you will be proactively managing sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Previous CRM experience
